Return and Exchange Policy
At Modern Art Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and services. Therefore, we have established a clear policy for return and exchange that guarantees your rights and clarifies the conditions transparently.
First: Non-returnable or non-exchangeable products
All tables, relations, decorations, mantels, mirrors, serving carts, chairs, sofas, and incense burners are custom-made products and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.
Second: Grace period for returning and exchanging heaters
Return:
Heaters can only be returned (without decorations) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The customer bears the return costs, whether via delivery within Riyadh or shipping company outside Riyadh.
Exchange:
Heaters can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the product.
The customer bears the store’s applicable exchange fees.
Decorations:
In case of a difference in model or measurements, the decoration is modified within 3 days of receiving the product.
Customized products:
Any product that is customized after execution is not eligible for return or modification.
Third: Conditions for return and exchange
Product condition:
The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
Manufacturing defects:
The customer has the right to exchange the product with the same type if a manufacturing defect is found.
Exchange for another product:
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different one, the price difference (if any) must be paid.
Fourth: Exceptions to return and exchange
Exceeding the specified time period.
Customized products.
Products on which decorations have been installed.
Appearance of a defect in the product due to misuse or possession by the customer.
Important notes:
When the selected shipping company does not have a branch in the customer’s city, the product is shipped to the nearest branch of the company in their area.
Customers are advised to thoroughly check the product upon receipt to ensure it matches the required specifications.
